  • So decided to wing breakfast today... 
  • 1 pkg small low carb tortillas
  • 6 eggs
  • 2-3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 1 package bacon cooked and cut the straps into halves
  • Favorite cheese
  • Favorite salsa, or hot sauce 

  • Scrambled the eggs with the HWC


Place some cheese on a small tortilla, then add your eggs and half a strip of bacon. 

Roll it up place it it a casserole dish. Repeat this step until casserole dish is full. 

Top with salsa/hot sauce, shredded cheese and crumbled bacon. 

Bake in the oven at 400 till cheese is melted on top.
