- So decided to wing breakfast today...
- 1 pkg small low carb tortillas
- 6 eggs
- 2-3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 1 package bacon cooked and cut the straps into halves
- Favorite cheese
- Favorite salsa, or hot sauce
- Scrambled the eggs with the HWC
Place some cheese on a small tortilla, then add your eggs and half a strip of bacon.
Roll it up place it it a casserole dish. Repeat this step until casserole dish is full.
Top with salsa/hot sauce, shredded cheese and crumbled bacon.
Bake in the oven at 400 till cheese is melted on top.
