 Keto Chicken & Broccoli Casserole Recipe:




Ingredients:

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, diced

- 2 cups broccoli florets

- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

- 1/2 cup heavy cream

- 1 tsp garlic powder

- Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Cook chicken in a pan until done. Set aside.

3. Steam broccoli until tender.

4. Mix chicken, broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

5. Transfer mix to a baking dish.

6. Top with extra cheddar cheese.

7. Bake for 20-25 mins until cheese is bubbly.
