🥓 Keto Garlic & Cheese Chicken Wraps (3g Net Carbs Each!)
Ingredients (makes 4 wraps):
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 🧀
1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded 🍗
2 tbsp cream cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional) 🌿
Instructions:
1. Make the cheese wraps:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Place ½ cup shredded mozzarella into 4 circles.
Bake 5–7 mins until edges turn golden. Let cool slightly so they firm up.
2. Prepare the chicken filling:
In a pan, heat olive oil/butter.
Sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add chicken, cream cheese,
Italian seasoning, salt & pepper. Mix until creamy.
3. Assemble the wraps:
Place chicken mixture onto each cheese wrap.
Roll up gently like a taco or burrito.
4. Garnish & enjoy:
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
