  🥩 Steak Power Bowl with Veggies & Noodles



Ingredients:


1 steak (sirloin or ribeye), grilled & sliced


1 cup cooked noodles (tossed with chili oil or sauce)


1/2 avocado, sliced


1/2 cup broccoli florets, steamed


1/2 cup sweet corn kernels


1 soft-boiled egg


Cherry tomatoes, halved


Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions


1. Grill the Steak: Season steak with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear until your preferred doneness. Let rest, then slice.


2. Cook the Noodles: Prepare noodles and toss with chili oil or your favorite sauce.


3. Prep the Veggies: Steam broccoli, slice avocado and tomatoes, and boil the egg for ~6–7 minutes for a soft yolk.


4. Assemble the Bowl: Arrange steak, noodles, avocado, broccoli, corn, egg, and tomatoes in a bowl.


5. Season & Serve: Drizzle with extra sauce or dressing if desired. Enjoy warm!
