Hey! I’m Alee. After the pandemic, I felt totally drained — mentally and physically. My weight had gone up to 78 kilos, and I had no energy or confidence left.


But I didn’t want to join a gym or starve myself. I just wanted to feel better. So, I started small.


šŸ„— I Changed My Eating Habits


I didn’t follow any strict diet. I just made 4 small changes:


No food after 8 PM


Replaced chai with green tea


More vegetables & boiled eggs


Less sugar and bread


These changes were simple but powerful.


šŸƒ‍♀️ I Did 20-Min Home Workouts


I found easy YouTube workouts (mostly walking + belly fat exercises). I followed them every day, even when I didn’t feel like it.


10 mins walking at home


5 mins belly exercises (like crunches)


5 mins light stretching


No equipment, no excuses.


šŸ’¤ I Started Sleeping Early


Changing my sleep changed everything.


I used to sleep at 3 AM. I started sleeping by 11 PM. It helped reduce junk cravings and gave me more energy.


šŸ’¬ My Results?


In just 3 months, I dropped from 78 KG to 68 KG. My skin looks better, I feel lighter, and most importantly — I feel proud of myself.
